Our excursion service is guaranteed only under fully safe conditions:

• In case of bad weather or sea conditions unsuitable for navigation, no excursions will be conducted.
• A 100 percent refund will always be guaranteed in each of these cases for reservations already made.
• Depending on the type of excursion purchased, a cancellation fee of up to 100% may apply for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance or in case of a no show: the relevant cancellation policies are specified within the online booking service.
• No cancellation fee is charged for cancellations with 48 or more hours in advance.
• As a general rule, pets are not allowed on board.
